Quickplay is committed to conducting business in an ethical, socially responsible, and environmentally  sustainable manner. This Policy outlines our commitment to integrating corporate responsibility and  sustainability into our business operations and decision-making processes.

Establish a  framework for implementing and monitoring our corporate responsibility and sustainability initiatives.  Communicate our commitments and expectations to employees, stakeholders, and the broader community.

This policy applies to all employees, contractors, and stakeholders of Quickplay. It encompasses our  operations, supply chains, products, and services.

Ethical Business Practices

Quickplay is dedicated to upholding the highest standards of integrity and ethical conduct in all our business  activities. We comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards to ensure that our  operations are lawful and fair. Our commitment to ethical business practices includes promoting honesty,  transparency, and accountability in our dealings with employees, customers, suppliers, and stakeholders. We  strive to create an environment where ethical behavior is the norm and any unethical behavior is promptly  addressed and corrected. Fairness is a core value, and we ensure that all individuals and entities interacting  with our company are treated with respect and equity.

Environmental Sustainability

Our cloud and related services are produced in a highly sustainable manner and allow individuals across the  globe to communicate and enjoy entertainment from the comfort of their homes, thereby producing minimal  carbon emissions. We strive to minimize our carbon footprint through the use of energy-efficient servers and  by hosting our software in the cloud, reducing the need for separate physical infrastructure. Additionally, we make efforts to reduce waste and emissions related to our business travel. We encourage  sustainable business travel practices in our operations, including using fuel-efficient, low-emission, and  economical transportation where feasible, combining multiple tasks into one trip, teleconferencing,  videoconferencing, and using web-based communications tools. We work with suppliers and partners to  ensure that their use of resources is sustainable, and we favor those who strive to:

  • Reduce their environmental impact.
  • Use energy efficiently.
  • Source raw materials legally.
  • Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and permits

Social Responsibility

Quickplay supports basic universal human rights and the fair, ethical treatment of individuals. We seek to  bridge the gap between global cultures and support and respect the protection of internationally proclaimed  human rights. We uphold the freedom of association, the elimination of forced and compulsory labor, and the  abolition of child labor.

We strictly prohibit all forms of bribery and corruption and take all necessary steps to ensure that such  conduct does not occur in our business activities. We work against corruption in all forms, including extortion  and bribery, by complying with our anti-corruption policy and code of conduct. We follow all applicable  national, state, and local laws and regulations and require companies that we work with to do the same.

We are committed to building a sustainable and successful business that contributes positively to society and  the environment. As part of these efforts, we conduct regular training on this and related policies, compliance,  and sustainability in general. We engage employees in sustainability efforts in a variety of ways and encourage  them to always acknowledge current reality and immediately report any concerns.
