She has 15+ years in HR across a broad range of disciplines within non-profits, tech startups, and Fortune 11 companies such as AT&T. Krystal has experience working directly with all layers of leadership, from founders to diverse lines of management, building and fostering the dynamic blend of common sense HR practices, and culture only achieved in true partnership. As a motivational leader, Krystal has been instrumental in building and maintaining an environment where teams and technology dreams can thrive. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from California State University, San Marcos and Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the Human Resources Certification Institute.
